RIP OFF

Uggggh I paid good money for this app and I want a refund! I bought it and it didnt show up with my other apps, instead the little iCloud symbol came up and I tried to redowload it but the iCloud thingy Keeps coming up:^( I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
